In this article it talks about a study done on a children walking with Pitt-Hopkins syndrome. This 4 year old child went through a 12 week intervention with 5 one hour walking sessions per week at a daycare. The child is given a mobility device to help the walking come easier to the child. Results showed that when given a device to aid the disabilities from this disease, the child learns at a faster rate. As stated in the article “The Upsee mobility device is a feasible and fun way to promote inclusive community-based physical activity and social engagement in a young child with PTHS”.

As shown by using this mobile device it is a fun and productive way to help children with Pitt-Hopkins syndrome learn how to walk. This source is credible because it was an actual case study that was performed by a Disability & Rehabilitation center in January 2018. Since my project is based on what aid children can receive to help aid their disabilities, this articles helps put evidence into my project. Having this mobility device with strengthen my project.
